Position Summary- the Online Registrar is responsible for creating online terms, courses in CampusVue and courses duplication in Canvas. The Registrar is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of online student records in compliance with all state, Federal, and accreditation regulations and should be able to respond to all inquiries expected in an audit or accreditation process.

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related program preferred

· Minimum of 5 years related experience

· Experience with CampusVue software desirable

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work successfully on several projects simultaneously

· Strong experience in records management

· Strong computer skills (PC)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans, implements, administers, and evaluates all online functions and services of the Registrar’s office including procedures, processes, and develops and modifies procedures/systems in accordance with institutional needs and objectives.
• Responds to inquiries concerning online academic performance, and resolves problems regarding student online records.
• Performs regular audits to ensure compliance with online policies relating to documentation required in academic files.
• Conduct minimum quarterly training with online campuses related to best practices with scheduling.
• Ensure standing timelines achieved with online faculty related to submitting final grades, incompletes, grade changes, conduct training when applicable.
• Ensures accuracy and security of official online student records, including both electronic and manual records and files.
• Monitors processes related to online attendance and grades.
• Assists with annual online reports to regulatory and accrediting agencies and materials for distance education visits.
• Distributes academic policy memos relative to online policy, attendance, etc. to faculty and students as required.
• Provides administrative support to Online Dean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance

Work Hours: May vary daily and evening and weekend hours may be required
