Confidential Hiring for Manufactured Home Sales and Office Assistant Full Time

We are looking for our next home sales/office assistant superstar for our 55+ manufactured home community.

You will be required to have a sound understanding of sales techniques, an eye for what makes a home marketable and the ability to follow up, and follow through, with potential buyers to a close. Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, and handle a lot of computer and paperwork. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and has an eye on the ever changing 55 Plus manufactured home community market and is not afraid to go after and close the sale of the manufactured home. As a salesperson for our team, you be responsible for:

• Showing homes to potential buyers and renters
• Filling out purchase/rental agreements accurately
• Ensure homes are ready for sale
• Helping to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Closing sales

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and giving good customer service.
• Computer and data entry, office work.
• Receiving rent payments.
• Assist manager in various areas throughout the community.
• Advertising including but not limited to fliers and marketing.

• Strong computer skills
• Experience with Rent Manager is a plus!

$13/hr plus potential for a generous commission plan

This position is 40 hours per week and we offer paid time off, 401(k), and health insurance.
