Responsibilities / Duties :
Handle freight orders.
Work with Bill of Ladings.
Schedule delivery appointments (via phone, websites, emails).
Schedule appointments for inbound freight into SA Warehouse.
Maintain schedule of all appointments.
Prepare Rate Confirmations and BOLS for all loads.
Type quote sheets and run miles.
Track & follow up on incoming & outgoing shipments.
Assist with emails, portal updates and accounting functions as needed.
Create Purchase Orders in MAS
Requirements / Skills :
Good communication skills & attention to detail.
Good follow up skills to see projects from start to finish.
Familiar with Bill of Ladings
Basic Excel knowledge, Data Entry
Typing 40-50 WPM
