Job Description: Insurance Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
– Provide customer service and support to clients via phone, email
– Maintain and update customer database, policy information
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree a plus.
– CA Insurance Licenses preferred but not required.
– Knowledge of Group Health Insurance and/or Property and Casualty Insurance
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Knowledge of and experience with Hawksoft agency management systems preferred.
