The Instructional Designer will design and develop instructor-led and eLearning curriculum for internal and external training programs. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to quickly research and learn new information and skills, and translate that information into interactive, engaging, and relevant training materials in multiple mediums for the target audience.
Duties
· Analyze existing instructional material to suggest and apply improvements, assess learning needs and develop online learning content and materials
· Design, develop, maintain eLearning and instructor-led training and work in a variety of mediums – including print, webinars, classroom guides, eLearning, and video – to develop materials that are interactive, appealing, and useful for your target audience.
· Develop and execute assessment process to measure the impact and effectiveness of training, then make improvements to ensure continuous improvement.
· Research, interview, and collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers.
· Ensure training content is current, relevant, accurate, and consistently aligned with organizational goals.
· Organize and create best practices for how e-learning modules are structured, stored, updated, and archived owning the lifecycle of a learning modul
