Confidential Hiring for Instructional Coordinator – Private Home School Setting Job at California Full Time

A fun and loving family with three school age children is looking to hire a full time Instructional Coordinator/ Nanny for a long term assignment immediately.

Schedule:

30 days on and 30 days off.

Availability to travel to OH, MT and CA. Weekends are required.

Duties:

Teacher responsibilities.

Seeking certified teacher (K-6, middle school or high school ) to develop weekly lesson plans and implement age appropriate curriculum to nurture and stimulate the children’s development. Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Perform ongoing developmental evaluations of children. Provide responsive care to the children by adapting daily caregiving routines and plans to the interests and needs of the individual child. Demonstrate cultural competency and respect for the children’s background by incorporating the cultural, linguistic and familial values and beliefs into the childcare program and lesson plans. Maintain ongoing, open communication with parents/ caregivers and teaching team. Completes daily health checks regarding hygiene, safety and overall well-being of the children. Assures a healthy, safe, clean and developmentally appropriate environment for the children. Assist with functioning and monitoring of nutrition and food service.

Nanny responsibilities

Full care of the children, schedule and implementation of age-appropriate activities and child’s development. Additional household duties include maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces, housekeeping, and organization.

Desired Qualities:

Must have home school or prior teaching experience in a formal setting. Your resume must show your formal teaching experience or it will be dismissed.

Certified teachers required.

Must have experience with student reporting and creating a curriculum as well as developing engaging field trips to enhance the children’s learning.

Nice to have prior experience working in a fully staffed home working alongside other nannies and/ or teachers.

An NDA is required to be completed.

You are not required to relocate. This family is hiring candidates out of state and will fly staff to (OH, MT, CA) every other month.
