A high energy, motivated self-starter, who is able to mix with a multi-talented team within a small office setting

  • Uploading all new global product, imagery and assets to partner websites via portals and excel spreadsheets
  • Inventory feeds and uploads—daily
  • Manage assets and imagery database
  • Manage and communicate discontinuation listings to partners
  • Pricing uploads in systems database
  • Management of partners promotional calendars
  • Assist in general departmental operations as needed
  • Internal PR liason with agency and trade

Ideal candidate:

  • BA/BS required
  • The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Pays attention to detail and has a willingness to learn
  • Team player and creative thinker
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel (vlook), Power Point and Photoshop knowledge a plus
