Human Resources Coordinator – Luxury Consumer Brand – Onsite in Beverly Hills – $65-70K

This is an incredible opportunity to support the business and human resources operations of a busy, prestigious luxury goods brand.

Their office environment is extremely collaborative and fast-paced, and you will be working to ensure that the Human Resources team and leadership feels supported.

The position is fully onsite position in Beverly Hills and offers a long-term career path for the right person.

The HR Coordinator may also assist with administering benefits, processing payroll, and handling any employee problems or questions.

The position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions are complying with local, state and federal regulations.

Additional HR Coordinator duties may include :

• Managing onboarding / offboarding processes through administering employee paperwork.
• Sourcing and interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education.
• Contacting references and performing background checks on applicants.
• Conducting or supporting with new employee orientation.
• Maintaining employee paperwork and employment records.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ year of human resources or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business preferred.
• Interest in the real estate field.
• Strong communication skills and professional writing skills.
