Summary – To provide leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and ing procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the agency and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least five years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Must be able to read and write in English and follow instruction.
Working Conditions: Works in an office environment, Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Essential Functions:
Effectively demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the agency on a daily basis.
Provide leadership and management to the agency that aligns the mission and core values of the organization.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth of the objectives of the agency.
Reviews and coordinates KPIs of division. Reviews divisions productivity, admissions, discharges/transfers, CAP liability, staffing, and expenses.
Directs and coordinates clinical and office staff of the divisions branches, assumes responsibility for continuity, quality and safety of services delivered in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Interacts regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that the company’s operational priorities are aligned with the total company direction
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes.
Provide timely, accurate and complete s on the operating condition of the agency.
Responsible for driving the division to achieve and surpass census goals, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
Coordinates with the CEO, CFO and CSO in budget management for programs and initiatives and monitors the achievement of corporate financial objectives
Motivate and lead high performance management team; attract, recruit, and retain required members of the management team.
Ensure effective and ongoing on the job training of team members, evaluate and record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations.
Establish and maintain effective communication within and between offices
