The General Manager is required to provide leadership and accountability for the day to day Operations of one ore more units of a QSR brand. The General Manager will oversee, coach and monitor all Operational departments to ensure team members are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and culinary standards and exceeding expectations.
The General Manager will have the culinary skillset and experience to work in both front and back team member departments, executing menu items to Company standards and driving product quality, while providing an excellent guest experience every time and serve as a team members as needed, as well as developing high performing team(s).
