Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of email marketing, including strategy development, segmentation, automation, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with both the Klaviyo and Shopify platforms, possess strong organizational skills, and have a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple brands, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Manage all aspects of email marketing within the Klaviyo platform, including list segmentation, email template creation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing email templates and graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suites.
• Monitor and optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall engagement, to drive better results.
• Conduct thorough analysis of email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven metrics.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing, automation, and personalization to drive innovation and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Be a self-starter, taking ownership of tasks and projects, and effectively managing time and priorities.
• Work closely with the product and sales teams to plan and create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Implement and maintain email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor and manage subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Work on multiple promotions and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Highly Proficient in the Klaviyo platform.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suites.
• Experience with Shopify or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
