This is not a remote position. Working in the company’s office in Austin, Texas is required.

Responsibilities for Education Coordinator

• Review and screen information, resources, and curricula to educate new parents about pregnancy, adoption, and parenting.

• Review educational materials for compliance with Program standards.

• Communicate issues regarding reviews to the Senior Educational Materials Manager.

• Compile the reviews in tracking software, and monitor the review process as a whole, suggesting improvements as needed.

• Communicate issues or concerns regarding general educational material policies to Educational Materials Manager and Chief Program Director.

• Coordinate database of educational materials, ensuring that it is accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Respond to requests from Providers to provide additional educational materials and ensure that they are shipped and received by Providers making the request.

• Take on projects with escalated timelines and complete them well.

Qualifications for Education Coordinator

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze instructional pieces against required standards
• Love of reading and learning
• Excellent writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in English, or a related field, or equivalent experience is a plus
• Teachers and educators are a great fit!

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary is $42,000 – $46,000, negotiable depending on experience
