The eCommerce Marketing Manager will oversee Premier’s various eCommerce storefront’s (including Amazon, Walmart.com, and others).
The person filling this role will be tasked with the management and execution of a best-in-class content and merchandising strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to generate positive sales, profit margin and customer service results. This individual will be our Amazon storefront expert. This role will partner cross-functionally with the Brand and Private Label teams to ensure brand messaging, pricing, and overall strategy are on point.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
· Manage the presentation of our products on our customers’ eCommerce websites. Primary focus will be on Premier’s various Amazon storefronts
· Ongoing updates of product pages including optimization of product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, videos, and A+ content
· Own the eCommerce catalog maintenance and work cross-functionally to ensure all products remain in stock. Work with Plant to ensure correct packaging / labelling of products
· Recommend pricing, discounting and advertising strategies to optimize sell-through and achieve profitability targets
· Case management with Amazon support for issue management and resolution
· Manage the Amazon Merchandising Plan and the content needs to support promotions, activations, events, and launches
· Manage New Item Setup process, Vine, and other Review programs for product launches
· Manage and implement user & A/B testing to help constantly evolve and optimize the user experience
· Dig into the data and identify learnings and insights.
· Build new merchandising opportunities on new-to-Premier platforms, such as Instacart
· Work on building out Premier’s social media efforts, if appropriate
Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years working in eCommerce roles, ideally including content, advertising, site merchandising
· Minimum of 3 years working with merchandising on Amazon
· Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or related field is a plus
· CGP market / Health and Beauty products work experience is a plus
· Social Media marketing / advertising work experience is a plus
· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
· Highly collaborative, good problem solver, and clear, succinct communicator
· High proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and data analysis

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
