POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for planning, developing, and directing of strategic recruitment and employment programs that support the needs of the business. The role works with management to understand current and future needs and is continually improving the recruiting programs like sourcing and selection while bringing innovative approaches to recruiting challenges. This role leads all aspects of talent acquisition practices and objectives that will include the development of an employment-branding proposition, building and executing business and seasonal recruiting strategies with stakeholders and delivering a positive candidate experience. Will also own the diversity, inclusion and equality initiatives of the brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business and functional leadership, stakeholders, and recruiting team to determine business staffing needs, produce forecasts and develop and implement an organizational recruiting strategy to hire top-quality seasonal and professional candidates to meet talent planning goals.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver business results.
• Lead the development and implementation of recruiting programs such as employment branding, referral incentives, and community involvement.
• Work closely with all facility HR partners to support unique needs of the locations
• Support the talent management team with the annual internship program, building a first-class pipeline of talent for the business

• Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Establish recruiting objectives in line with HR and organizational objectives/initiatives.
• Guide management and employees by researching, developing, writing, and updating service level agreements, policies, procedures, and methods for recruiting.
• Assist with development of corporate human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements for recruiting budget.
• Develop, prepare and present recruiting reports and presentations on key performance indicators for recruiting.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to insure best in class recruiting programs. Identify and report on trends that could impact the organization objectives.
• Manage, coach and mentor the corporate and seasonal recruiting teams.
• Act as point of contact and work with vendors and outside agencies to compliment internal strategies and recruiting operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, etc. or equivalent experience.
• 8 or more years in recruiting.
• 3-5 years experience in people management with 2 or more years experience in developing creative recruiting strategies for various business units.
• Strong knowledge of the principles, practices and sound techniques of recruiting.
• Ability to work with sensitive material and demonstrate a strong ability to be confidential.
• Experience with high volume recruiting preferred.
• Bilingual strongly desired.
• SPHR certification or other human resource related proficiency certification strongly desired.

Pay: $20.00 – $71.00 per hour
