Dynamic learning environment focusing on the individual needs of students. We seek candidates that are energetic, passionate about education and who have ESE experience. Additional skills required include Private school management, business, and marketing experience.

Directors/Principals work with a team of dedicated professionals and receive ongoing support and training from their Regional Director, COO and Clinical Director.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Leadership of staff and students in fostering an atmosphere of academic success

· Report directly to Regional Director

· Manage day-to-day business and educational aspects of Academy

· Oversee all aspects of fiscal and budget expenditures.

· Short and long-term goal setting for growth of school

· Responsible for direct marketing and community relations

Job Qualifications:

· Teaching experience

· Knowledge of exceptional student education

· Management and marketing experience.

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years ESE/experience,

· Private School Management, Business & Marketing experience a plus.

Bilingual a plus
