DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on social media management and overall marketing coordination. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s online presence, driving engagement, and assisting in the creation and execution of various marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Team/ CEO, you will help develop strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging, on-brand content, including text, image, and video, to increase followers, enhance interactions, and foster community engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally, and manage customer feedback effectively.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Marketing Coordination:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, monthly email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Coordinate marketing projects, ensure timely execution, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, promotions, trainings, and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
• Customer/ End-user support and service.
• Assist with answering phone calls and managing email accounts in general.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

• Produce compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent brand voice, and reflects the company’s values and messaging.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A creative mindset, always seeking innovative ideas to improve marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Some travel (domestic and international)
• Weekend work is occasional (for trade show and events)
• Some heavy lifting is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
