Confidential Hiring for Digital Marketing Coordinator Full Time

We are a premier winery in Temecula, CA and looking for a highly talented Marketing Coordinator. This dynamic position helps create and publish brand building and promotional content for all web-based, digital marketing channels. This person must be creative, organized, self-motivated, and knowledgeable in most aspects of social media. Our ideal candidate is able to take brand awareness to the next level, and to work well with our team and third-party vendors alike to assist with all content creation.

Responsibilities:

1)  Website Content

• Help coordinate product photography for various uses, including landing and product pages, email blasts, blog and social posts, print collateral, etc.

• Organize and manage digital marketing assets (Dropbox).

• Conduct occasional analysis to identify trends, as well as opportunities to improve e-com experience.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standard at all times.

2)  Social Media Campaigns

• Coordinate social media content that delivers compelling content and deals to grow both brand awareness and sales, respectively.

• Work with marketing team to ensure social media campaigns are in alignment with third party managed PPC, paid social media and retargeting campaigns.

• Regularly review KPI’s with the team to continually improve campaigns to achieve maximum performance.

3)  Email Campaigns

• Coordinate email campaigns that deliver compelling content and deals to grow both brand awareness and sales, respectively.

• Set ambitious, but achievable brand awareness and sales goals.

• Regularly review email campaign KPI’s to ensure constant improvement and to achieve maximum performance.

• Analyze the marketplace and stay abreast of effective email and DTC trends.

Skills

• Work experience in a marketing role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

• Experience with research methods using data analytics software

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM campaigns, Google AdWords

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and

• Familiarity with Dropbox, Hubspot, Shopify and Netsuite, a plus

• Strategic and analytical thinker; ability to evaluate alternatives and develop effective solutions

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
