Confidential Hiring for Dental Office Practice Manager at Lawton, OK Full Time

Our small general dentistry practice in Lawton is looking for an experience dental Practice Manager to lead our office. We pride ourselves on exceptional patient care and team culture. Our office see patients of all ages. Candidates must have at least 2 years of dental management experience. Our ideal candidate would be team culture focused, has a passion for dentistry, and understand the difference between leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Demonstrate a leadership role with positive and productive

Manage daily schedule to ensure the daily goal is met

Manage employee’s scheduling and paid time off ( including doctors)

Conduct morning meetings with prepared agenda and review daily goals

Works with existing vendor relationships to manage office equipment, utilities, software, technology, and the facility itself and resolves any related problems or needed repairs

Assist with marketing and event planning for the dental practice

Manage office supplies and budget

expenses and End of Month close-out monthly

Address violations of culture, policies, and protocols and provides corrective and/or disciplinary action as needed

Maintain a full schedule of patients daily

Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis treatment

Calculate fees for dental treatment and coordinate financial agreements for the patient’s portion of dental treatment costs

Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
