Dental Front Office Job Description

• Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules
• Verify Insurance benefits
• Review treatment plans
• Process payments and assist with financial arrangements
• Take care of our patients with a SMILE! 🙂

Dental Front Office Required Qualifications

• At least one year of dental front office experience – more than one year is preferred. This position requires a firm understanding of dental procedures, scheduling, insurance, billing, treatment plan presentation, and HIPAA.
• Must understand how to talk to people and provide top-notch customer service
• Must be a team player and willing to cheerfully help others
• Must be detail oriented and be an organized self-starter
