Job Summary
The Regional Director of Clinic Operations oversees several facilities. Their primary responsibilities are to inspire and motivate teams; keep a focus on a commitment to quality care; and closely work with and provide positive reinforcement for other regional operations directors. They also provide supervision, coordination, provider relations, training, and management oversight of assigned clinics. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all company goals, directives, and objectives.
Essential Job Functions
1. Oversight of region’s strategy, which includes the planning, organization, and direction of all clinic activities and supervising teams at assigned clinics.
2. Leads the way in practicing InnovaCare’s mission, vision, and values, and advocates for an inclusive culture.
3. Offers guidance, mentoring, evaluation, and management of clinic staff.
4. Monitors compliance of all clinic metrics (Customer Service, Membership, Retention, etc.).
5. Keeps current with all of the preparation, implementation, and adherence to clinic budgets.
6. Ensures region is well promoted and properly represented by working closely and regularly with marketing and community relations.
7. Oversees continual process improvement practices, including all clinic processes and/or services.
8. Aids in the development of the drafting, distribution, and assessment of patient satisfaction endeavors.
9. Develops key regional metrics (ex. recruitment, patient satisfaction, continuous improvement) to track and monitor progress as well as to provide InnovaCare’s executive management leadership the overall regional operations status.
10. Coordinates and guides integration of new business ventures and programs.
11. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
§ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a related field required. (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree).
§ Six years progressive experience in medical practice management.
§ Computer and healthcare system literacy required
§ Ability to demonstrate independent initiative, make sound decisions using effective problem-solving techniques.
§ Effective ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
§ Ability to develop and present comprehensive s.
§ Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) in a professional manner.
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
§ More than six years of directly related experience in medical practice management.
