Confidential Hiring for Clinical Administrator; Homecare Agency Full Time

We are seeking a competent, experienced, and compassionate clinical administrator to lead our home health team. This is a full-time position.

We are a certified Home Health Agency dedicated to the highest level of skilled nursing and non-skilled home healthcare services. Responsibilities: The Administrator would be responsible for overseeing the operations and home-based medical services of our home health team – including office staff, HHA, RN’s/LPN’s; Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists.

Duties include:

1) Being responsible for the management of all operational services for your location, working within the federal, state, and regional regulations covering home health.

2) Management of open cases and ensuring open lines of communication between patients, families, and physicians.

3)Evaluate new referrals for admission with recommendations for patient care

4)Monitors clinical status and safety of all patients and ensures coordination of quality patient care

5)Support and assist in hiring, orientation, and education PRN

6)Perform on-site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical caregivers and complete follow-up documentation as needed

7)Performs and provides direct patient care as appropriate and needed

8)Assist and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

RN with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Minimum 1 year of Home Health Care management experience is required.

Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

Exemplary nursing judgment.

Self-direction with the ability to work with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
