Claims Manager For Colorado Personal Injury Law Firm.

Our Claims Manager works with our attorneys to manage and resolve non-litigated insurance claims asserted by the law firm’s clients who have suffered serious injuries in automobile and other accidents.

Responsibilities:

• Manages, investigates and evaluates coverage, liability, damages, and settles claims under the direction and supervision of attorneys.
• Communicates with injured clients, witnesses, and medical providers in order to gather information regarding claims and advises as to proper course of action.
• Responds to various written and telephone inquiries including status reports.

Qualifications:

• The capabilities, skills and knowledge required is normally acquired through prior claim handling experience with insurance companies or prior experience as a paralegal or legal secretary for a personal injury law firm.
• Strong written and oral communications skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and investigative skills required.
• Strong competency of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and Colorado law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,128.85 – $117,386.55 per year
