A local bank is searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budget and three-year business plan
- Prepare annual consolidated financial reports including supporting documentation
- Prepare credit lines, liquidity, insurance weekly report
- Prepare weekly cashflow report
- Prepare twelve-month cash flow report
- Calculate subordinated debt payments
- Manage bank contracts for leased areas
- Maintain investment portfolio
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Skills:
- Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proven ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
