Job Posting – Chief Finance Officer
Great opportunity for a senior leadership position with a non-profit organization, located in Central Indiana to oversee fiscal resources including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions. Organization employs over 170 people and serving over 3,000 outpatients and over 600 inpatients per year.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree with major course study in accounting, finance, CPA preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior level role with five years of increasingly responsible experience in budgeting and accounting.

Previous experience in healthcare setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE

• Provide strategic financial input on major organizational projects with capital outlay.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports and special analysis for the President, Board of Directors or other members of the senior leadership team as requested.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization, including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Direct the selection, onboarding, professional development, utilization, and evaluation of the fiscal department personnel
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Ensure credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, auditing requests, and forecasts.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action regarding financial implications.
