We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed and supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will oversee personnel, performance, financial/P&L, inventory, and day to day operations of the shop. This includes the hiring, scheduling, training, development, and supervision of the staff to maximize profitability by building and maintaining a strong loyal customer base. Pay for this position is negotiable depending on experience.

• Can effectively communicate with other general managers and corporate management
• Has the ability to effectively present business action plans and operational s to management
• Can solve practical problems and can think on their feet to deal with a variety of situations

• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Skills

• Proven Management / Supervisory experience
• Experience in Diesel / Heavy-line Technician / Mechanic

• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
