The Bookkeeper oversee a company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Accounting tasks include monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.

Pay range $23 – $28 DOE

• Payroll – payroll, taxes, W2, workman’s comp
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Sales reports / sales tax / inventory reconciliation
• Profit/Loss Statement
• Bank / credit card reconciliation
• Prepare General Ledger
• File taxes – Fed, State, Sales
• HR – compliancy, benefits, onboarding
