Established Fast Paced Commercial Real Estate Company is looking for a part-time with potential to a full-time Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate shall have:

· Professional and Friendly Disposition
· Multitask
· Attention to Detail
· Sense of Urgency
· Work Independently at given times
· Self-Starter
· Computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Zoom.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
· Provide clerical and administrative support service for the office with efficiency and accuracy
· Operate general office equipment
· Help to resolve IT issues
· Client Services
· Maintain files, correspondence, and/or other related documents
· Processing Rents
· Accurate Data Input into Various Software Programs
· Accurate AP Input
· Banking Deposits
· Errands-must have a vehicle and proof of insurance
Experience:
· Bookkeeping- at minimum, 1-year hands on accounting experience
· Administrative Assistant, 1-year hands on accounting experience
