Job Summary

Accounting Team member with a focus on Accounts Receivable and EDI. Responsible for general accounting tasks in the department as well as assisting with AP, and GL work as directed by supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Track AR invoices and ensure timely receipt of payment
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding payment status
• Take initiative to research disparities in 3-way match
• Verify EDI orders and route to logistics
• Support end of month closing, and audits as needed

• Demonstrate the ability to keep sensitive financial information confidential

• Support special projects within the Accounting team area as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent computer skills including payroll software and Microsoft Office;
• Experience with SAP (recommended)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work with highly sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
