Job Title:

Accounting Specialist

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounting Specialist to join our team!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Accounting Specialist has a key role in the financial success of the company by assisting with the handling accounts payable, journal entries, bank payments, and balance sheet reconciliation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the North America business with end-to-end AP, purchase order, and vendor communication as needed

· Follow established accounting procedures for processing receipts, carry out billing, making adjustments, and obtaining authorization of payment.

· Assist in the monthly and quarterly close process with journal entries and account reconciliations

· Maintains a courteous and “can-do” attitude with internal and external vendors.

· Partner with the global finance department to execute other tasks as needed

· Assists with related special projects, as required.

· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

· Solid communication skills both written and verbal.

· Strong PC skills with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.

DESIRABLE:

· Experience in multi-national environment.

· Netsuite experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
