Fast-paced and growing Law Firm has an immediate need for an Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will focus on and assist with financial reporting, accounts payable, and communications with attorneys, staff, vendors, landlords and tenants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years accounts payable experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and preferrably Quickbooks Online
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent Excel skills
- Internet navigation skills
- Solid office, bookkeeping and sales skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous Property Management experience preferred
- Accounting Degree or comparable work experience preferred.
