Confidential Hiring for 1st Grade Teacher Full Time

We are looking to homeschool our first grade student due to personal reasons. He has completed 1st semester at a local private school and we are transitioning to a homeschool environment until he starts 2nd grade.

We would like a teacher to come daily (M-F), between 3-4 hours a day and teach the neccessary curriculum as well as do crafts and similar activities.

Pay is negotiable as well as hours/days of the week. We would like your input once he’s been evaluated by you.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.. As well as a passion for working with children. Christian belief system a plus. .

The duties include but are not limited to:

Establishes objectives and plans learning experiences for a 1st grader as he prepares for 2nd grade.

Implements activities using a variety of techniques that utilize instructional time to meet objectives.

Exhibits positive human relations skills.

Evaluates the educational program and/or student progress.

Demonstrates proficiency in written and oral communication.

Maintains and submits records and s.

Engages in personal professional growth and demonstrates professional ethics and leadership, as well as professional attire.
