Confidential Company Hiring for Remote Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

We are hiring a seasoned, self-starter to serve as our Bookkeeper.
Your Role:
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Create and manage customer invoices and payments
- Communicate with staff when customer accounts are past due
- Verify and post financial transactions within established chart of accounts
- Manage accounts payable
- Review employee expense reports and provide reimbursement
- Process payroll twice monthly
- Assist with employee onboarding process, i.e., healthcare enrollment or other benefits
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience.
- Previous payroll experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience with QuickBooks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous attention to details and a drive for accuracy.
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
