Sales Position (Business to Business)

JOB SUMMARY

Well established and growing local commercial contract cleaning & maintenance company in business for more than 40 years seeking sales professional for solid career opportunity with repeat sales. Base salary, commission, and auto allowance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, identifying new opportunities, and establishing new clients being supported by a management team with over 80 combined years of experience providing services in over 8 service sectors.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Identify prospective clients

-Make telephone calls to schedule appointments

-Complete in-person calls

-Walk-through and survey commercial facilities

-Prepare and present proposals

-Maintain high ratio of closes

-Provide on-going customer service

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

-Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience

-Ability to win the confidence of prospects

-Self motivated

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills

-Ability to close on high percentage of proposal presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
