Job brief
We are looking for a reliable and punctilious Office Administrator to expand our team. The Office Administrator will undertake various administrative duties, ensuring smooth business operations from day to day. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, good communication skills and is able to work autonomosly.
Responsibilities
· Handle office activities, operations and administration duties efficiently and effectively and in compliance with company policies.
· Provide secretarial support for the Head of Operations and assist in administrative support to the leadership team whenever necessary.
· Manage HR on and offboarding and update management systems.
· Create, maintain, and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Contribute to the implementation of business systems, always seeking continuous improvement.
· Social media (LinkedIn and website) management.
· Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
· Assist in organising work events.
· Track stock of office supplies and marketing items and place orders when necessary.

· Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under deadlines.
· Proactive and able to work autonomously, taking ownership of the role.
· Strong computer literacy is a must.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google (Gmail, docs, sheets, slides, forms).
· Preferred knowledge and/or experience in Confluence, Wix and JobAdder.
