Conduit Digital Agency located in Bayville, NJ provides white-label digital marketing products and solutions to local ad agencies for resale in their local marketplaces.

Please note… this position is full-time HYBRID – 2x Days WFH & 3x Days in Office

Our Senior search engine optimization (SEO) analysts will need to be excellent team players and motivated to dive in and learn as much as they possibly can to help drive performance for our clients.

Our Senior Ad Ops Analysts are expected to be the leaders on the ground floor. They are product experts who produce the powerful results our top clients are looking for. A combination of platform expertise, product expertise, communication prowess, and proactive drive is expected from this role. Our Analysts are the shepherd of the backbone of this company and need to be passionately driven to produce elite performance while being airtight in preventing mistakes.

KEY PERFORMANCE ACTIONS

• Manage A Book Of Business Consisting Of up to 112 Minimum Monthly Hours Of Campaign Management Time

_Attend kickoff call for all new accounts assigned to youThe Insertion Order form should be thoroughly vetted prior to attending calls
Build all current documentation for new accounts
Actively maximize time spent in every account and delivery accordingly
Ensure we spend, and track via Teamwork, the minimum allotted time on every single account
Provide excellent ing documentation in accordance with SEO policy
Actively vet client Live while providing analysis to make sure all data looks representative and tell the proper story

• Ensure All Deliverables Are Provided In A Timely Manner & Are Of The Highest Quality_Making sure all players involved are on top of their deliverables is crucial

Quality Assurance on everything being done for your accounts is also crucial
_

• Provide Accurate, Informative, And Thoughtful ing For All Accounts Within The Specified Timeframes_Analysis should shed light on a win, opportunity, recommendation, or optimization applicable to the campaign

KPA metrics should be highlighted and any perceived performance deviation should be addressed clearly, with an actionable next step

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Active Certifications For The Following_Google Ads: Search | Google Ads: Shopping | Google Ads: Measurement | Google Ads: Display | Google Ads: Video | ALL Google Analytics Advanced and GA4

• Conduct Regular Training For The SEO Team, As Well As The Conduit Team

_You are the recognized leader on the floor and training your fellow team members so they can benefit from your knowledge of the platform, the process, and what it takes to product performance, is an important part of this roleStrong focus on Google Analytics setup/event and goal tracking, etc.
Strong focus on WordPress and/or other Web CMS back-end code adjustments
The CX team and other Ad Ops departments should expand their 101/201 search knowledge through your training

• Take Point On Conduit Coin Deliverables (Quick Quotes | Strategic Recs | Proposals)_The pre-sales opportunity for this department should be greatly impacted by your work

• As Bandwidth Allows_Take on inter/intra departmental projects to help grow efficiency or effectiveness

Develop content with the marketing team to help land agencies, expand active clients, or show expertise
Continuing your edu is a must for this role to stay ahead_
