Customer Service Representative- Payment Processing
Recruiting Now! Weekends Off!
Conduent Business Services – Charlotte, North Carolina
Shift Monday- Friday ~8AM-5PM
Payrate $20/hr. + FT employment + Benefits
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Rep will handle all lockbox inquiries and issues that are received via telephone, case system or email. This position is considered a production-oriented position, which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivation to work under minimal supervision while mastering tasks that may strictly defined procedures as well as others that require outside of the box problem solving
- Ability to handle multiple task assignments concurrently
- Attention to detail
- Proficient time management skills
- Ability to self-manage deadlines to prescribed service level agreements
- Ownership of inquiry/issue case assignment and resolution from start to finish
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Detail oriented while completing financial inquries and case notes
- Strong verbal communications and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to lift 10- 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
Good to know:
- Monitor phone, email and Salesforce or other case management system(s) for new cases
- Perform research on client ed errors and provide information to production managers
- Process adjustments to resolve financial impact errors as needed
- Process foreign item conversions that are received into Lockbox
- Work with production management and applicable technical support groups to resolve client issues and inquiries as applicable
- Provide case notes where applicable and as appropriate disposition or re-assign cases
- Communicate via telephone and/or email error resolution updates to clients as applicable
- Update case specifics in the error repository application as cases are closed
- Precise documentation and dissemination of error details to appropriate staff
- Provide daily error ing details to production management
- Provide monthly error ing details to production management
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or directed by production management
- Attend and/or manage Teams meetings with management and/or collegues across sites to review case and error details
- Accountable for prompt replies and follow up to client requests
