Job Description:


Customer Service Associate (accounts payable)

Salary: $19/hr. plus benefits

5AM – 2PM, Mon – Fri

No Weekends!!!

Join our customer service Team!
As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answers chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.

Requirements
  • Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
  • Able to understand and accurately communicate customer’s needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
