Leading tactical gear and clothing manufacturer is seeking a talented individual to join our newly formed e-commerce team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
As a critical member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Paid Ads and SEO strategies to grow traffic and drive conversions.
Main Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies on Google and Microsoft Ads
SEO Strategy: Optimize website content, research keywords, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Performance Tracking: Use a variety of tools (eg. GA, Search Console) to monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts. Provide regular s and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of success.
Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and online consumer behavior.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
