The Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly visible and dynamic individual who quickly needs to gain trust and provide high levels of collaboration with hiring managers. Attracting and retaining high performing talent is critical to the ongoing success of the organisation.

Partnering with the HR community and other senior stakeholders in the International and local teams, this role creates and builds effective working relationships, adapting to a variety of team needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse range of roles independently via our ATS
  • Prioritising direct resourcing
  • Supporting hiring managers with creating effective job descriptions and making sure they are correctly on the system
  • Making sure processes are followed by the stakeholders and the wider team
  • Keeping the recruitment data clean at all times
  • Screening candidates via phone and Zoom
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline candidates
  • Coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practices
  • Collaboratively working with the Talent Partner and Talent Lead
Essential Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong experience gained in an agency and in-house setting
  • Experience using an ATS (Workday is desirable)
  • Ability to confidently manage stakeholders and push back where necessary
  • Ability to prioritise roles and communicate this to the stakeholder
  • Experience of direct resourcing and effectively managing agencies only when required
  • Collaborative mindset, flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Builds effective and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable the delivery of business and people strategy
  • Confident and credible at dealing with managers and employees at all levels at pace/speed
  • Able to lead on the delivery of high volumes of recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Previous experience within magazine publishing, retail and/or media is desirable but not essential
