Condado Tacos Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Columbus, OH Full Time

What We’re Looking For:
A highly organized, motivated individual to work alongside the Senior Director of people to develop and implement Condado’s ever evolving recruiting strategy. This person will be responsible for overall strategy as well as day to day duties (with some help)!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring that current and future hiring needs are supported; developing strategy in advance
• Monitor budget, sources used and ROI
• Track recruitments metrics to ensure that processes are efficient, effective and up to date
• Create and implement training for managers
• Proactively identifies challenges due to market or other issues
• Recruit for a wide range of roles within the restaurant and support center
• Sourcing of top candidates by utilizing various methods
• Manage the employee referral program
• Remain up-to-date on the talent landscape and regulatory changes related to local, state, federal law compliance
• Ensure that recruiting strategies and postings are in line with the Condado brand
• Other duties and projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years in a recruiting or Talent Acquisition role
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Ability to create and present
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytic skills to interpret data and formulate themes and recommendations
• Experience in employee development or succession planning is a plus!
