SUMMARY

CTI Recycling is looking for self-motivated and experienced Loader Operator for our concrete recycling plant(s). Loader Operators are responsible for loading the crusher and dump trucks, pile management, and basic maintenance of loader and always represent the company in a friendly and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load crusher
• Wheel loader operation
• Load commercial trucks
• Pile management
• Basic maintenance of loader
• Visually aware of environment for safety
• Property grounds maintenance (e.g. pavement and potholes)
• Communication skills
• Reasoning Ability

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous loader operator experience (minimum 1-3 years).
• Be comfortable with work hours generally between 50-60 hours per week and between the hours of 6am to 6pm, including potential Saturdays.
• Must be able to work in most weather conditions
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

$23 – $28 per hour, dependent upon experience.

Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
