Concrete Service Company Hiring for Batch Operator at Fayetteville, NC Full Time

Batch Operator executes ready-mix concrete plant processes and responds urgently to operational issues regarding Plant Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Cross train and drive a mixer truck when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· NCDOT Field & Batch Certified.

· 5 years’ experience in concrete mixing & delivery processes

· Experience with Field Inspection and Concrete Batching Certifications

· Demonstrated ability to execute processes & recommend improvements

· Strong interpersonal skills (communicate well at all levels in the organization)
