Concordia is seeking an expert recruiter with motivation, imagination and focus to seek out the best candidates to serve our patients and residents. The ideal candidate will be people-focused and experienced in all aspects of HR leadership and recruitment in a healthcare setting. Other desirable characteristics include a team-oriented professional skilled at mentoring newer team members and supporting multiple locations.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of HR/Recruitment experience, preferably in health care

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR, Payroll and Learning Management software

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other managers and employees to accomplish goals

· Track record of high personal standards, values and conduct

· College degree required, Certification as SPHR/SHRM preferred

Position Summary:

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy through collaborative leadership. Working alongside a team of HR professionals, the manager will find, recruit, hire and retain talented candidates by utilizing best-practice recruitment and retention principles. Manager will also ensure and promote a robust recruitment and retention program that is compliant with all relevant rules and regulations for employee management in a health care environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
