Concord Market Hiring for Prep Cook Full Time

Concord Market, in historic Concord, is seeking an experienced prep cook to join our team.

We are looking for an energetic candidate to help with daily production in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will help fill orders for our deli and grab-and-go case, as well as support the production of retail kitchen items.

• Creating an assortment of fresh salads for a grab-n-go case
• Taking catering orders
• Managing ingredient stock
• Inventory and re-stock of prepared foods for freezer and cold case
• Production of entrees, sauces, and sides for the retail freezer case
• Demonstrated culinary skills with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the field.
• Ability to work quickly and with limited direction
• Capacity to work with a variety of personalities and strengthen the sense of camaraderie and teamwork
• Creativity and a passion for food

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
