ing Structure : This position is part of the hotel executive team and will to the General Manager.

Wage : $100,000 to $115,000 with a 25% bonus paid quarterly

Responsibilities :

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on operating systems.
• Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications / licenses.
• Ensure guest accommodations and work environments are safe.
• Conduct training, motivational development, and performance reviews for engineering staff.
• Meet Concord Hospitality and Hotel Brand compliance standards.
• Provide clear communication to the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding areas of concern.
