Concentrix Hiring for Recruitment Coordinator Job at Brisbane Full Time

The ANZ Concentrix team is preparing for a very busy introduction to 2023! We are looking for some additional recruitment support to join our team on an initial 3-month temporary basis.

This role would suit international travellers, or someone looking for a short term/casual role to kick-start the year. No recruitment experience required: just a high sense of urgency, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn!

Early Jan Start!

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening applicants
• Booking interviews
• Assist in coordinating assessment centres
• General administration

• Good rapport building skills
• Strong planning and co-ordination skills
• Results orientated with a passion for achieving service delivery outcomes
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
• Workday ATS experience would be highly advantageous
