Concentrix Hiring for Recruitment Administrator Job at Brisbane Full Time

Due to some exciting growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Brisbane team providing support and assistance to the ANZ Recruitment Specialists.

In this role, you are required to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as the role handles high volumes of critical and sensitive information. The role will have you working closely with internal and external clients and an opening to a career pathway into the HR and Talent Acquisition space.

Location:

• Hybrid Work from Home / In Office role – 288 Edward Street, Brisbane

Key responsibilities:

• Support a large and diverse recruitment team with all administrative functions including but not limited to:
• Coordinating background checks
• Reporting and analysis
• Managing the contract process
• Sourcing and screening candidates from databases
• Work towards targets and KPIs
• Internal and external stakeholder management
