The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing, implementing and managing processes and tools to ensure that staffing requirements are met and to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing design, and implementation of recruiting processes and tactical work that emphasize speed, quality, diversity, innovation, process efficiency and candidate and client experience
• Direct a global team’s hiring and sourcing activities to ensure the best candidate selection for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards and meets the needs of stakeholders
• Involved in developing, modifying, and executing departmental or company-wide policies that affect immediate operations
• Identifies and monitors recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness in hiring cycle time, competitive hiring measures and new hire engagement
• Collaborate with other TA leads, People Solutions partners and business leaders to ensure operational effectiveness across global Talent Acquisition Delivery
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the business and HR leaders of each function in order to demonstrate influence and impact on talent selection
• Creates and monitors talent acquisition performance KPIs / SLAs and adjusts processes accordingly for continuous improvement
• Leads the technology strategy and road-map for the Talent Acquisition team; embraces technology to ensure tools deliver efficiency and highest quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Provides expertise in specific areas of talent acquisition including, but not limited to: employment branding, sourcing, process improvement, and technology enhancements
• Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role

Candidate Profile

• Multiple years of management experience within Global TA function
• Strong understanding of tech/digital recruitment space
• Advanced ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
• Extensive understanding of the organization’s business operations and industry. Knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team on developing lasting customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.
• Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal associates and stakeholders.
