Working with our vibrant team on behalf of our client, one of the big 4 banks in Australia, the Customer Service Representative are taking inbound calls to provide support and empathize with customers to assist them with defaulted payments.

Key Role Details:

• Work From Home – NSW, VIC, SA & TAS (require NBN or ADSL internet connection & private workspace)
• 
  Full Time opportunity, 38 hours per week.
• 
  Start Date: March 2023
• Pay Rate: $24.76hr + Super & Penalty Rates!
• 
  Operational Hours (AEST)*:
  8am-8pm Monday–Friday
  9am-6pm Saturdays (Rotational roster, 1-2 Saturday shifts required per month, penalty rates applied)
  • must be fully available across operational hours, AEST times vary start and finish times by 1hr.
• 
  Training: 4 weeks PAID training, online from home!

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Actively listening to understand customer needs, demonstrating empathy while establishing credibility and rapport
• Referring customers, where appropriate, to seek independent financial advice
• Provide an exceptional service experience
• All other duties as directed within the scope of skills and training
