Job Type: Full-Time Permanent.

Location: This position will start training and working from home and in the future transition to our onsite location in Hamilton, Ontario.

Your attention to detail, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication, and passion will help you excel in this role as you field incoming calls from customers having problems with their smart phones and computers.

TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM:
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

High School diploma or equivalent.

6 months customer service minimum.

Typing speed of 35 wpm minimum.

Dependable with attention to detail.

Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.

Due to COVID-19 this position requires you to work REMOTE and ONSITE.

The position will start training in a work from home environment and if/when the impact of COVID-19 decreases, and companies can resume to their normal business, the position will move to our onsite facility in Hamilton, Ontario.
